The Register of Wills makes it easy to file Wills for safekeeping, and we now recommend that in most instances. As well it makes sense for the Wills we currently have stored for safekeeping are being migrated to the Register of Wills for Montgomery County. We offer that service for $20, and require your social security number for filing. We are happy to assist you in your Probate matter, and can advise you of the process and how some POD accounts can help avoid Probate.
